Express Hospital Beds

We needed a bed for our mother on very short notice. As with most people, we had no knowledge or previous experience in buying this product. The employee at Express Hospital Beds was very helpful, the bed arrived on schedule as promised, and most importantly.... our mother is very happy with the comfort and ease of operating the bed. We upgraded to the higher quality mattress.

Customer service was very responsive and ordering was easy....shipping took a lot longer than expected due mostly to our location (the middle of nowhere). Once the bed was installed it worked as expected and was quite comfortable.

The product is good. My only complaint is that it took awhile for the bed to be delivered and set up.

Beds are great and work well. Mattresses also are great. Did not receive the hand cranks for the beds.

FedEx is saying I owe $130.00 ,shipping fee yet it was included in the price I paid for the bed
