Ordered 6 weeks ago, paid extra for the 3 day shipment. Never got anything. To all my inquiries, I only got a late messag without any response to my questions, 3 weeks ago, stating my shipment is on the way. Of course, no trace of it, and I am not getting my money back. Will I ever get my money back? I feel scammed.

Terrible.

Customer service is horrible. It has been a month since I placed my order and I have received no response to my many emails. I have requested a tracking number to track shipment and all I get are automated responses with no help. I think I am screwed over by this scam company

As mentioned in my last post you all won’t reply to my multiple emails asking for help where my four bottles of serum are. They supposedly ahipped 6 wks ago but are no where to be found. I’m out over $150. I’m furious. I will never recommend you all to anyone and the people who did buy your masks - I’ve told them to never order anything else

I’m extremely disappointed in this company. Even if the mask didn’t work for me I would’ve still left a positive review had I received refund in a timely manner. Not only did I not receive a refund the company will not contact me back and what they have done to me is called….theft!
