Can't get anyone to respond

I ordered this product and received a device in early 2024. The device I was sent would not turn on at all. The fan would kick on for a half-second once in a while, but it never worked. I took videos, photos and sent them via email with extensive descriptions of my attempts to turn it on. It took emailing about 10 times back and forth for the team to finally send a new device. The new device I received does turn on, and does flash a laser… for anywhere from 2-12 flashes only… then it just stops working. It’s like it has overheated. If I unplug and wait a few minutes I can usually get another couple flashes out of it, but would never attempt to treat a large area because it would take hours of waiting around for the machine to cooperate. Very disappointed overall and will be seeking a full refund.

Completely useless program I returned the mask with their prepaid shipping label. It was received and even after a month and over a dozen emails no response from the company regarding refund very shady and untrustworthy.!
