Service was great but product is too sweet. I am unable to use it.

I would like the refund you promised, it was an awful lot to pay for no observed benefits. I am someone who loves caramel & the flavor here was hard to swallow. It left me feeling nauseous.

I contacted customer service regarding my return, and it was never processed as they had told me it was, I asked to show to screen shot my account showing that my acocount had never been credited with return and never got a response. Needless to say, I would like to say I had a better expenience.
