My last delivery was delivered someplace else (not my address even though it said it was delivered to my home). I sent email to customer service for help. Never got a response. Took me over a week to find delivery. It sat on a person’s porch that was on vacation and didn’t know it was there. A cat or some animal had used the bathroom on the box and tried to chew through it. Horrible smell and disappointing that no one responded to my email.

I returned it. I didn’t like how difficult it was to pour out of the bottle. It also didn’t seem to me that there was the 30 servings in that bottle. Too bad, I would have liked to have liked it.

I never received my product

I've been using this on a consistent daily basis keeping it in all night long along with special dietary & cleansing and immune boosting natural supplements but after months neither I or my wife can see any noticeable regrowth Maybe something went wrong with the production of the batch I got or need to keep it in my hair and retreat it in the morning and not washing my hair more then a couple of times a weed but at this point it seems more like a hoax or something that only works on a small population with certain genetics and would like to know what the manufacturer thinks about this lack of efficacy for me
