Logically I understand I need to return the product to be reimbursed but the protocol steps are making it very difficult to do. It deters a person from returning the product.

I started with complete biotin about a year ago. I added the gummies a month or two later, and the collagen plus a month or two later after that I did get the benefits of the hair that I do have being fuller and not falling out as much, and I noticed softer skin. I’ve not noticed any additional hair growth on the top of my head, where it is needed. I stopped the collagen plus a couple months ago, as I was not agreeing with the taste, it was getting metallic to me. I replaced it with an unflavored collagen, which I mix with different green drinks. I will be stopping the complete biotin shortly. Just to sweet. I also I’m not a fan of the individual packets as I don’t feel they are environmentally friendly. In fairness, I’ve not done all the extras to grow hair promoted by the company. Just too much time involved.
