One of the boxes leaked. All of the packs were stuck together. Leaked through to the shipping box

Shipping was fine

Was able to synch up the halo to fit my head. I have a small head & the hair feels like it comes to the front too much & there is no way to secure the hair to your scalp. Color is a great match, super happy with that part.

The product arrived great. Alot of the product is still left in the bottle and could not get it all without opening up the bottle and using a spoon. This was a lot of trouble and with the cost.

The caramel is a good texture but it does not have any sweetness to it. I add stevia to make it taste better. It mixes pretty well and you can skip creamer by using it in your coffee unless you like it with alot more of creamer.
