The order of collagen arrived quickly. However, the collagen is a little too sweet for my taste. The customer service was kind and prompt in dealing any further shipments.

I never received an email letting me know my subscription was going to ship with a total so I could record it in my checkbook. All of my other subscriptions do that and give me an opportunity to make any changes if needed. I got the order fine but was surprised when it arrived because I had not been notified it was coming.

Fed Ex delivered 4 days later than promised. So far, I'm not sure how I feel about the product.

Wished it was non flavored collagen

Terrible taste. Ok customer service. I had to pay to return the items. Then follow up on my own to get my refund.
