i didnt recived my package

When you are pregnant you’re sensitive to smell and this product did not help and I’ve reached out to customer service and they told me that it could not be returned if it’s opened. I haven’t even used it just opened and did not like the smell. I don’t think it’s right. How would we try this product out if we don’t open and use?

customer service is so bad. no online service, emailed customer service, 10 days later received the response.

My order was canceled a week later since I placed this order. So bad and I was disappointed
