Immediately after applying this my face turned bright red. It lasted for about 10-20 minutes. I continued to use it for 3 maybe 4 days to see if it would go away and it was something that my skin would get used to. It didn't. Instead my skin became dry and cracked, with patches of it flaking off. It was especially irritated under my lower lip. I contacted Customer Support for an RMA three weeks ago and they are still asking me for an order number, which I have provided twice. How is it that they can send me this survey easily enough, but can't refund my money or find my order #.... please...

I live in Canada and had placed an order to be shipped to Canada. Most companies would state somewhere that duty will be applied on the purchase but when I checked out, it was not mentioned. After I had placed the order, I was looking forward to trying all the products. When the products arrived, I was hit with a 40 dollar custom/duty fee. My order came up to 140USD after all discounts were applied and being charged 40CAD was quite a bit. Hence the experience made it quite bitter for me.
