Two items didn’t come in my package and customer service have ignored multiple responses to resolve…

Product hasn’t arrived. I have sent multiple emails and have received absolutely no response or refund.

I made an order online, I haven’t received my parcel for one and half month. Before I contacted customer service, they kept replying to wait for the parcel. Now no more response from them.

After two months waiting for my order, I received a radiance face olil instead TIME RETREAT RADIANCE BOOST TREATMENT. I need to know how I can change this and who is going to take Care of the shipping. I hope a prompt response from you.

I'm afraid Brexit is having a huge negative impact on your ex-UK business. I have been a very happy eve lom customer for the past 15 years, never having any issues with delivery to Republic of Ireland, however this has changed drastically since Brexit, first order not delivered at all and eventually refunded. Second order still not delivered almost a month after placing. I'm afraid I'm going to have to find an alternative, sorry!
