The order hasn’t shipped till now.

Placed the order on black friday, still no sign of the products

Sorry for can't rate high since I haven't got the parcel yet. I've sent 2 emails to your customer service but got no reply.

No package has been received after a month purchase, no refund, no feedback.

I made the order on 27th NOV but until 21/12/2021 I still not receive my order. Terrible experience，I contact with customer service and told this normal for international delivery which should be upto 21 business days. Also，there is no tracking information updated I've no idea about my order. Nerver to order from EVE Lom website again. Waste of time.
