Genetic counsellor was great. Simple testing process. Felt like I got all of my questions answered.

Good service

The time it takes for the tests to be done takes too long, waiting 4-6 weeks when your wanting to start a cycle is hell. Also the cost is huge against the cost of ivf as well.

I dod not proceed with eugene genetic testing as my GP was able to organise the same test using blood sample and with a turn around of just 2 weeks for the results

Unfortunately results took a long time to receive and communication was poor
