anti snoring neck brace doesn't work, very dissapointed.

After paying for express shipping....still two weeks later have not received my order...and am not very happy....will wait one more week and then will cancel and request refund.

After waiting 2 weeks for anything to turn up, or even display as being sent, I'd had enough of waiting & messaged EN only to find out that they had provided me with the wrong tracking number!!!

still waiting for order. Never got a confirmation. rang and was told would be here in a day. still not here. will check today. very disappointed. know its Christmas but something has gone wrong.

The delivery was terrible. I didn’t receive my product and it got sent to a holding facility that is far from our home. And it’s impossible for me to go pick it up with a full time job.
