Customer service was not good, I got a refund in the end but I actually wanted my products. Contradicting communications and I wasn’t kept in the loop, so won’t be making another purchase anytime soon. If you use a courier that won’t send to parcel lockers there needs to be checks and balances in place to recent customers from a entering a parcel locker address.

I have rung once and emailed twice now to advise of a reaction to a product purchased without a response. Will not order again very disappointed

Unsatifactory i require a refund

When you experience chronic pain most people will try anything hoping that it will reduce or get rid of the pain. I had read all the reviews online, they all seemed to be very positive so I purchased three bottles and took a tablet twice a day. I followed this up with another order of three bottles. Unfortunately Nervalgesic hasn't done anything for me. I have multiple sclerosis and have had chronic nerve pain since 2017, so maybe this just doesn't help with this sort of pain. Ethical Nutrients the brand I still hold very highly on my go to list for other over the counter products.
