I was a bit disappointed that you ran out of stock, especially the one product i was really needing.

It was ok nothing extraordinary

Still awaiting my refund for an out of stock item.

It has never happened before and I order quite frequently through the website. For some reason this time around the parcel got redirected so many times and I have not yet received my order. It has been almost 4 weeks since I put the initial order. And your office has closed for the Christmas and I guess I just need to wait?

Shipping service was crap!
