This vendor is great because they delivered it to me very quickly!! However, the manufacturer is good. I have to reverse the ATN disposal underwear because my son is an adult man and I need extra coverage/protection for his urination to keep it more contained. I also need to put an extra pad in it. This is easier to use than a diaper!

I think the vest is good to help with hypotonia but it does agitate my son's acid reflux on two occasions already. I will be seeing our physio soon for proper placement/fit. The vest is very good quality for sure. Excellent customer service with Especial needs.
