Easy ordering, quick delivery - company is responsive. Unfortunately the product is not working out for our 10 year old. He can easily un-hook the shoulder clips.

No issues with shipping

Took a long time to arrive.

We originally got an email saying that our order takes 3-4 weeks to ship. Right after we received an email saying our order shipped. Turns out it was only the cup holder but the email didn’t specify that a part of the order was the only thing coming. So we were left wondering if the other half had shipped as well but was just taking longer to arrive. A few weeks later our questions were answered with an additional email. I think the first email should have said exactly what was coming and explained that the rest of the order had not shipped yet.

I love the customer service. But I don’t understand why ordering from outside the US needs to be a two-stage process. Every other company we buy from is able to quote shipping charges at the time of ordering.
