Good stroller but I don't like the buckle at all.
The stroller arrived and was an easy set up. I bought it for my mom who has dementia. She is 5'2" and 90 pounds. The positives are easy set up, brake that locks, and padded seating area for comfort. The negatives are: the belt is difficult to snap to close because of two issues. First, the strap that goes between the person's legs is too short with no way to adjust it, and secondly, the buckle snaps together inside the strap when you put the two sides together. This makes it difficult to see the buckle and often times the strap gets in the way of the buckle. There is also not a chest buckle so if you don't get the waist buckle fastened quickly, the person in the stroller can quickly slide down. My mom is still somewhat mobile so on most days she understands when I tell her to sit back and move back but if you have a loved one who isn't mobile, this buckle will be difficult to close. For the price, I feel there should be a better design. The other negative is that even as tiny as my mom is she still has to keep her knees bent to keep her feet on the stroller foot rest. A better design for the foot rest would help a person who has mobility issues from having their feet slide off and get in the way of the front wheel. However, once strapped in, this stroller allows me to get my mom out of the house and take a walk. I do have to be careful of her feet and remind her to keep them on the footrest, but its better than being stuck in the house; she gets to see the outdoors and get fresh air. The sun shade and storage pockets are a nice feature.
