NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

My package was delayed for some reason and took a while to get. However, I thought it was worth the wait.

I did not initially receive my full order. the company required me to take pictures of the packaging and emailing them more than once to rectify. Eventually all was good, but I felt like I had to strong arm them to make it right. The actual product and packaging was great and I’m enjoying it immensely.

I had to reach out twice to get basic care information about the brush. Esker was prompt and polite with their response. I think Esker should provide this information on a small postcard with the brush.

I think I made a mistake buying 2 of these and a refill. I bought one for the kitchen and it’s not good at washing oil away from your hands. Washed my hands twice after having avocado oil on them and still had to use dish soap. Tried to wash castor oil off my hands too and that took 2 washes. I guess this is ok for regular hand washing.
