Did not have customer service and shipping was decent. But not pleased with the product.

I’m still waiting for customer

I’m still waiting for customer service to respond to my request for an exchange for the product. Bristles seem soft otherwise. Excited to use it when I get a fully bristled brush :)

Took 15 days to receive the product after I ordered it. Yes I could have paid for express shipping. The product is pricey so couldn't justify spending another $10. (or more) to get it within a week

Took over a week to hear from the company concerning my return. I had to email twice. The did however pay the return postage which was nice.

Terrible! I was sent a damaged item, no customer service, no return phone calls when I left voice mail, no help through your website portal. I returned the item and am still waiting for my credit card to be refunded. Please credit back my card immediately.
