The chair would not fit through the door of the room where it was to be placed. It is still in the hallway. I was offered and accepted a different chair with sides that detached and would allow the chair to be placed in the designated space. However, I have not received the second chair and the first chair has not been picked up either. I am getting very upset. I need someone to step in and help solve this problem. The first payment on the loan is due in a few days and I am not happy about beginning to pay for a chair before I am satisfied with the purchase. Thank you. Dorothy Elliott

We bought this chair to replace an old Inada massage chair for my mother. My mother is very particular in what she likes and surprisingly she loves this chair. She prefers a deep tissue massage and likes that she can get multiple levels of strength with the 3D massage. She enjoys using the chair during the evening as she watches tv and occasionally falls asleep in the chair. I worked with Matt who was beyond knowledgeable and I have rarely experienced this level of service with any store I've shopped with. Highly recommend this chair, already thinking about buying a second one :)

Chair was delivered right on time and set up was very efficient. The delivery people couldn't have been nicer. The chair works easily and is what we hoped for. Thank you
