Great customer service

My only negatice is your ads are on my phone constantly I already bought a chair, yet everytime I check my phone or commercial is your ad. That part is very frustrating for me. Good chair, good help buying it.

Massage chair. Com the person that answers is always very knowledgeable about their products. I was directed to an active-L chair which was a very good replacement for my old chair of 12 + years. That was a different manufacturer but as long as you buy a good quality chair it will last you years and years. And I use mine at least once a day to keep my back going.

Chair is awesome! Husband loves it.

Found the site because I found a deal at COSTCO. Turns out eMassageChair matches... plus they answered a bunch of my questions and steered me away from making a bad purchase (a chair that would need extra clearance behind). Thanks!
