Matt and Rhonda were fantastic in helping us select a Premium Massage Chair, got it to our home in less than a week, and help with a few manufacturer issues. They were helpful pre and post-sale and had great suggestions on which chairs fit our needs, room size, door frame limitations, and price range. It's funny because we were reluctant to purchase such a complex chair online, yet when we searched out and visited our local massage chair retailers - no one would ever bother to greet us, show us their chairs in some cases for 20mins or more, and they were hard to reach by phone, yet while they had several chairs we were interested in purchasing locally, they just don't offer any assistance or solid knowledge of these amazing devices. So we tried several online stores and found that EmassageChair.com was by far the more helpful, knowledgeable, polite, brand independent, and responsive! Now the whole family is enjoying our new premium L-track massage chair. We'll be back next year when new models are introduced and have already referred family and friends to their site. Good job! :-)
