I bought this for my husband for Christmas, but our whole family uses it. Alleviates strained backs, necks and glutes. So many different settings, it really takes a bit to get adjusted. I don’t personally care for the arm “massage” feels like it’s just smashing my arms but my husband loves it. Squeezes my calves a bit too much as well but again, my husband has no complaints. So glad we have this chair. I use it after every work out and it helps with recovery tremendously!

Wonderful chair use it daily.. At 60 I'm an avid weightlifter and am constantly sore.. This chair is a life saver
