Very knowledgeable, I called several times before purchasing to ask questions about specific chairs, in order to get the best features for my medical needs. They were great at answering my questions and helping me get the best chair I could within the price range that I wanted.

One word about the customer rep: wonderful! She was resourceful, professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. The product: My first chair so I have no previous experience to compare this to. It's the best purchase I have made so far in the category of "toys". Tons of features, very easy to use, looks great. Very durable so far in terms of use: between 5 of us in the family, the chair had to run hours on end at time and there isn't any issue with overheating so far! Overall appearance: a great looking piece of furniture in my living room. I have already recommended the exact model to three other friends and two have already proceeded with the purchase!
