I'm 6'4" and 215 lbs. and this chair works great for me. Customer service was excellent and was the primary reason I bought from them instead of another company. Would definitely buy from Emassage again!

Customer service was good. I ordered the chair with the help of a sales associate. It arrived but had a little trouble getting it into the room, I wanted to have it in. But with their help we did get it in.
