From ordering, delivery and easy assembly it all went well. Absolutely love the massage chair.

This was an anniversary gift for my husband and he absolutely loved it. He uses it everyday and it has helped his back tremendously. No more back pain.

This e-massage chair is wonderful. It’s everything advertised. My husband sometimes gets to my chair before I do. Then I have to sit on the couch. I think as winter approaches and he figures out there are heat and massage options, we may have to consider purchasing a second chair.

Great chair. Easy set up. Leather might be more comfortable but the plastic is good and costs a lot less. T chair is not cheap but if you consider it an investment in your health it makes sense. When I want to unwind I head right for the Svago. My troubles and aches melt away. I wish I could control the massage location. But nobody’s perfect.
