I found this firm on line. They had the best price on this particular model chair. I spoke with the same sales woman throughout the transaction. After the chair was ordered they realized the the color I wanted (burgundy) was not available for shipment from the Dallas area warehouse. They asked if I would accept the cream color for a $100 discount. I agreed and the chair was shipped to my home and left at the front door. It arrived 1 hour early and I could not meet the driver, however I spoke with him via phone. It took about 1 hour for 2 old guys to get the chair through my 36" wide front door and assemble the chair arm rests. It works very well. Multiple massage options and time settings. I also received a retired Military discount as promised, as a refund to my Credit Card
