Osaki massage chair - thumbs up. Emassagechair - thumbs down
Product is great. Whole experience with EMassageChair was not so great. Two main problems - (1) I had to call them everyday to get status on the White Glove delivery service. I was told someone their local contractor would contact me within 24-48 hours to schedule it but when they didnt I called Emassagechair for help. I couldnt get the person who ordered the white glove service for me (I found out later that she was on vacation) but everybody else I spoke to promised me they will contact her and get me a response in 24hours. Same story repeated day after day. Did nobody know she was on vacation? Why didnt they escalate to get me an answer? I can understand if someone is on vacation but just not getting any update was frustrating. I finally called Osaki directly who were excellent - they immediately contacted the local contractor and got them to call me the same day. (2) When the white glove service guys finally arrived they told me that the chair wouldnt fit unless the two side panels were removed and they werent authorized to remove anything. Apparently they are only allowed to assemble the chair. I didnt even bother calling Emassagechair this time. I went straight to the same Osaki rep. She did a fantastic job again of speaking with their supervisor to get him to authorize his guys to remove the side panels, move the chair to my room of choice and set it up properly per the white glove service.
I had to spend a lot of my time dealing with these two issues that were not really needed if they Emassagechair did a better job of keeping their customer updated and responding to issues in a timely manner.

Excellent customer service!
Every aspect of my order went smoothly - however, the chair I ordered didn't work with my particular body type, so I needed to return it. The customer service team at emassage chair has been amazing! They've responded promptly to all communication and have gone above and beyond to make sure I've been satisfied with their service. Great company to work with for sure!!!!

Like the chair a lot,
Like the chair a lot, I was getting 02. 03. 04 error on my remote... didn’t know why. I have to turn chair off with the switch in the back of chair which is very annoying!!!! Or else these errors come up

Great massage chair.
Gives excellent massages. Helps with relaxation, and recovery from activities. I hope the quality is there, so that it lasts a few years, but only time will tell. So far, my husband and I are pleased.
