Took over a month to actually show up, I paid for the install, but still shouldn’t take that long. A payment was taken before I even saw the chair

Took a long time to receive them and it was very frustrating… especially when you’re looking forward to this relaxing experience. Once we received them they delivered the wrong chair and once we received the chair, a voice said battery power was shutting down, which surprised me because the chair was plugged in. I need to contact our sales representative.

I was charged for white

I was charged for white glove delivery. The chair was uncomfortable and didn't work out for me. The $200.00 extra delivery fee was not refunded.
