Not happy with the massage process, see other review

I wrote to you after the assembler left several parts that were "extra" . I was hoping you would show the picture to your technicians to confirm. You wrote back saying that was normal. I later discovered where these pieces went after reading the assembly manual and double checking the work.

I have not received my chair though ordered on March 3
