Upon assembly, I noted that the left side was comparatively "loose" vs. the right side, but was told it's ok. I remain concerned, but assume the warranty will cover the issue if it becomes problematic. As to the device itself, functional but all programs seem to emphasize the back and feet. Notably lacking are the neck and shoulders, even though there is a specific option for this feature. Additionally, while there is some "movement" in the back of the legs, it's very light, and the duration is short. All in all, the unit is acceptable, but not notable!

hard to get hold of

The chair didn't work when it arrived. They fixed it after 2 weeks of it being a brick. The installers were very stoic, but the customer service dept. was stellar. The chair itself is good but not great. does the job.

Associate gave me better price and spent time talking to me

Didn’t get tracking numbers till I asked- set up delivery window 10-2pm on Saturday (first available) had a crew waiting-they finally showed up at 3:30pm with no notice no call whatsoever. Everything else was fine.
