Shipping took longer than expected. The delivery date in the email was for delivery to the white glove warehouse, not our home. It look an extra two weeks to get to our home. So overall, delivery took about a month. Also, the chair we received was completely put together (the delivery personal shared most chairs are usually delivered with the arms detached and are attached in the final destination) which made it challenging to get through the door frame.

Pretty good. The shipping service was a little confusing and the delivery company needed my help to move the chair into the house which is not really "white glove service."
