Dear Elysium,
I didn’t write a review on Nina’s solving of my problem until I received the replacements. I just did, so now I can say that Nina’s service was excellent.
Due to confusion about my change of mailing address, I didn’t receive a jar of Basis, a jar of Signal, and the new jars. Nina ordered replacements immediately. No hassle.
I have a comment that Nina may want to consider. I didn’t know that Nina had solved my problem immediately until I saw the shipment confirmation from Elysium the next day. I erroneously thought that nothing had been done. An email from Nina would have helped.
I have no complaints about Elysium’s service. I have always been impressed by the speed with which Elysium addresses problems and questions.
