Excellent shipping and service, but honestly, how can I tell if the supplements are working? I take Vision, Matter, Signal and the twice per month Longevity pills (can’t remember the name) in the pale green cardboard box. Of them all, I can only say I feel a little sharper taking Matter. Just returned from the eye doctor after a year of taking Vision and there were no positive changes to my macula. I’m still on a watch list for degeneration.

Post starting Mosaic the number of new actinic keratoses are much reduced
