I've been taking basis now for some years. No adverse reactions or anything else, what i have notices is that I get complimented on my age, most people do not think I'm 73-74(in October) but rather guestimate my age anywhere from late 50's to early 60's. I think this is inpart due to the fact I been taking basis along with my normal vitamin mineral regimen. Thank-you BASIS!
