Keeping Fit
As an 81-year-old, and having taken Basis for four years, I find I am still able to jog/walk five miles every other day, lifting weights at a very respectable level on the alternate days. My primary care physician tells me I have the fitness level of a man in early middle age. I do not attribute that to Basis, but I do believe that Basis contributes to a measurable degree to my ability to do the hard work necessary to achieve and maintain a healthy advanced age.
