I was so excited to receive these and they totally lived up to my expectations. They were easy to use, the instructions were clear and they do the job. Thanks for making such a great product.

I was pleasantly surprised by my new EARGO aids. I had purchased a set of another brand for $5200 about six months ago and it was the first time ever wearing any aids and it was difficult getting use to them. Felt plugged up and interfered with glasses,they were the behind the ear style, so I returned them and felt I wasn't ready for aids. Then I read the EARGO aid, and liked the idea of "in the ear" and way the tip was designed to allow air flow and sound around the aid. It seem to prevent any of my prior difficulties with the other aids so I purchased them a week ago and put them in and have been wearing them 12 to 14 hours daily and can't be any more pleased. In fact I have been so happy I am ordering a pair for my wife and my older brother is ordering a pair for his wife also. By the way, I love the eargo commercial.

Recently saw an ad for your product. I did a little research on it, was impressed enough to order them with the free trial. THEY ARRIVED IN 2 DAYS!!!!!!! Read through the material sent with them, and charged them up. Next morning I put them in , was very easy to wear. Instantly could hear sound I had not heard for quite awhile since my previous aids bit the dust on me after about 3 years at a considerably higher cost. Has been a week since then. Have had absolutely no problems getting used to them! Work great in church sermon setting or conference setting. Also easier to understand phone conversations. Looking forward to a better communication with all. Thank you for your company’s excellent customer service , which is beyond any expectations !!!!!!! Looking forward to a better life after regaining comprehension of conversation.

For the first time in 20 years I asked my wife to turn down the volume on the TV. Even watching British shows with their characters accent, the dialogue was as clear as a bell. Now at large gatherings, conversation is very easily heard and followed. The Eargo system is life-changing. Thanks
