Dealing with EARGO has been one of the most positive experiences I've had in managing my moderate hearing loss. I only wish Eargo Plus had been available when I purchased my prior set of iic devices, at three times the cost. While not fitting quite as deep in my ear canal as the previous "invisible in canal" aids, they are essentially unnoticeable. The comfort is far better and the sound quality is as good if not better. The support after the sale is exceptional. Sara Banks, my hearing coach, is the best. Scheduled calls were on time, any questions I had were answered professionally and she even was able to exchange my initial set of Eargos with ones that had a little different programming that really made all the difference. If your suffering hearing loss and are experiencing sticker shock with the prices your local dispenser is asking give EARGO a try.

About mid-August I ordered and received EARGOS on line. Was a bit hesitant about doing this, being aware of all the scams that look too good to be true, but something kept drawing me back to this site. After doing some research and speaking to EARGO staff, I bit the bullet, placed the order and had my EARGOS within days, as promised. I tried them, I loved them. The packaging and information excelled. Best part, they fit inside the ear canal, so totally discreet I tried the product for over two weeks but unfortunately my hearing loss is above moderate, more like severe, and the EARGOS were not yet programmed to handle my loss of hearing. Very disappointed. I had to return the product and my FULL refund was credited back to my credit card within 2/3 DAYS. I highly recommend EARGOS in every way. An excellent device and the best customer service ever. I wish this company luck and only the best!
