After doing quite a bit of research I felt Eargo was right for me. I took care of my Dad for 10 years and saw all the trouble he had with his conventional hearing devices, so I knew that wasn't for me. I wouldn't have the patience. Eargo has been perfect for me, very little cleaning involved, simple adjustment, and rechargeable batteries. Perfect as I have arthritis so my hands don't always do what I need them to do. People don't even know I am wearing a hearing aid. I can hear sounds around my house I couldn't before and now I am not asking people to repeat. My Dad had a lot of ringing and background noise that I don't have with Eargo, I wish he were alive so I could buy him a set of Eargo's. The people, from sales to support have been very nice and so willing to help. I highly recommend that anyone with hearing loss give these a try.

Having tried several other hearing aid products, Eargo is the best. It is comfortable, does not obstruct my hearing (no feeling that I have something plugging my ears), and they are easy to insert and remove. The charger is very effective (no batteries is a real plus) and gives positive feedback (blue light turns white when charging). This is a great product and it is reasonably priced!

Advertisement is VERY TRUE!!!...They are very comfortable. They work better than my past hearing aids costing MUCH MORE AND NOT WORKING NEAR AS WELL. Difficult to see while wearing them. I am amazed that they work so well!!!. A pleasure to wear!!!

Working great. Firstt time for hearing aid

I put my Ergo instruments in my ears the very first time easily and smiled as I heard a pleasant and professional sounding voice telling me what program level I was on. Running through the double tapping procedure on my ears was both enjoyable and helpful in order to find the "sweet spot" or level for my ears. I later learned to adjust them that same hour in situations where I needed sharper sound. I have no complaints and am extremely happy and pleased with the genius and great help of an ERGO hearing instrument. And may I add, I am not paid to write any of this and...I am not an employee of the company. ERGO people, you have created a greatly needed product!
