Great help in hearing work very well. very glad to have decided to get them.very helpful people to talk to and the fallow up is the best.Would recomend the aids to any and everyone with hearing problems. Excellent Customer Service

I initiated a free trial of both Eargo "Plus" and Eargo "Max" devices. Eargo customer service was prompt, accurate and extremely customer focused. It was a pleasure working with both Eargo customer service as well as Eargo hearing professionals. Clearly Eargo has focused on providing their customers the best customer experience. Bill Waring's Eargo Review

I've had my Eargo devices a week and love them. I am very impressed with the entire process from initial contact, the sample to test for fit, and the professional and informative internet instructions and videos. The packaging is better than Apple's, and the carrying case is beautiful, like a tiny flying saucer with all the lights! Seeing the real Eargos for the first time is amazing. I immediately inserted the right one pretty easily. The left one is not as easy for me but with practice I'm getting better. I was stunned to hear the voice from such small instrument telling me the different volumes as I changed them.This takes some practice too but I'm getting better at this also after my first week.. Another surprise came when the little voice said "battery low" the first day when I hadn't charged my right one long enough. There's an unbelievable amount of technology in this fantastic system. I realized quickly that there are no batteries to change! The carrying case is the charger. This is the first time I have ever tried any type of hearing aid devices and I am beyond thrilled with Eargo.

SIMPLICITY,FUNCTIONALITY,AND FEELING CAPABLE AGAIN!

After having used my devices for over a month,I recieved a request to do a review. I have thought about this for over a week,simply because I wanted to be certain I could convey the deep satisfaction of your product. As we age,things become more limiting,and oftentimes complicated. What you do for people with a hearing disadvantage is you enable us to feel once again,"part of" our own lives. Even better though,is the fact that you have made using my hearing aids as simple and easy as smiling. The customer care follow-up is incredible! Over the time I have had mine,I have had weekly conversations to make certain there were no problems(and there was not a single one!) in operating or understanding the use of the Eargo hearing aids. You have removed the problem of dialing in the volume level,replacing batteries that are so small to be ridiculous for fingers not quite as nimble as they were,and in doing so,made my level of confidence just explode! Long story short.....these are the best thing to come my way in years,and I cannot say enough,or thank you enough for happening in my lifetime. The most important part of this all,is the person to person relationship between myself,and Jerry....he is an absolute diamond,and you should value him as such. Blind in my left ear and can't see outta my right!

I've tried several other "high dollar" brands and all were sub-standard compared to the EARGO Brand. Viet Nam (rifle, artillery, mortars, rockets etc.) started the slippery slope to bad hearing. 31 years as a Professional Firefighter also decreased my hearing. Thank You EARGO. You are appreciated.
