Love my eargos

Love my eargos. I am always pulling my hair and asking people, "can you see my hearing aids?" So far, all answers have been no."😁 Support has been great.

Eargo and Me

I am so pleased with the Eargo product; They are so comfortable I do not know I am wearing them except for the wonderful ability to hear conversations, TV and even phone conversations. I highly recommend them to anyone with a hearing problem.

unsurpassed quality& customer sevice

HAVE TRIED VARIOUS HEARING AIDS EARGO OUT DOES THEM ALL. NOT ONLY IN QUALITY OF SOUND BUT ARE ALSO ALMOST INVISIBLE WHEN WEARING THEM. I HAVE BEEN OUT WITH COMPANY & TOLD THEM I WAS WEARING THEM THEY SAID THEY WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN IF I HAD NOT SAID SOMETHING. .ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE GONE TO GREAT LENGTHS TO ASSIST ME WITH 2 MINOR ISSUES BOTH WERE RESOLVED IN A VERY EFFICIENT MANOR BY US BASED REPRESENTATIVES WHO WERE MORE THAN HAPPY TO CLEAR THESE ISSUES.I HAVE SPREAD THE WORD TO FRIENDS & FAMILY WHO ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR PRESENT HEARING AIDS SOME OF WHICH COST WAY MORE

Firrst experience with Eargo

I got interested in Eargo when I read about the company on the internet. After some thinking on my part I decided to contact Eargo and was welcomed to test the hearing devices before I committed to purchase them. The devices came and I was able to fit them comfortably in my ears. A few days later I received an e-mail to be sure everything was going OK and I was given a phone number to contact someone about my experience with the devices. I spoke with Alivia Williams and we reviewed my experience. It was then that I decided to go ahead and purchase the hearing aids. They were delivered in good time and I have been wearing them ever since. It has been about one week now and each day they seem to be more a part of me. I had a phone call from Randy Sager who gave me a tip or two on how to adjust the sound for my hearing. I am happy to say that the group of people at Eargo that I have had contact with are certainly devoted to helping and guiding new customers. I feel very confident that I made the right choice by selecting Eargo for my hearing aids and I thank all the folks that I have spoken with and those who have communicated with me by phone and e-mail. Thank you Eargo!

THEY WORK FOR ME.....

The Eargo is my first hearing aid. I have mild-moderate hearing loss. My main issue was difficulty hearing conversations in restaurants and other social settings (it was getting pretty bad). Before breaking down and spending big dollars on a set of miniature hearing aids (vanity still looms large), I took a shot at Eargo. They have a 45 day return policy. FYI - I am still within the 45 days as I write this. So....here are my impressions after around a month of daily use: First - the packaging and product design is great. They took their cue from Apple. The design is sleek and sexy. I feel as though I just purchased a high-quality electronic (not a clunky hearing aid). The psychological effect was that I wanted to wear them and make them work. They are cool enough that I tend to show them off rather than hide them away. I will warn you that they take a bit of acclimatization. I was not able to simply put them in and - problem solved. It took some time to feel comfortable having something in my ear all of the time. Now, after a month of wearing them, I tend to forget they are in my ear. I have to remember to remove them before I go to sleep. Functionally - they solved my problem. The sound is not high-fidelity. It boost the mid-upper frequency ranges, so things tend to sound a little tinny. But they work for me. I can easily hear conversations in restaurants and at parties now. I can listen to television at lower volumes and I have stopped asking people to repeat themselves in one-on-one conversations. So....for me....for the price....they are great. As stated above, these are my first hearing aids. I have no idea whether more expensive products would be a better solve for my problem or whether they will fix yours. But the Eargo works for me. So far....after a month of use, I am a completely satisfied customer.
