I am an older teacher who is beginning to have major hearing loss. Two days ago I picked up my new eargo hearing aids and was very thoroughly shown how to begin using them - thanks to Kyle, the technician who was working at the time in the Ocala, Fla. office. I have been wearing similar hearing aids for the last 7 years and these are a great update, since I teach music and must hear the notes. Marjean is always so pleasant to me and most accommodating to my hectic schedule. Marjean and Kyle have made my visits such fun, and on a very stressful day manage to share a joke with me and we all end up with smiles on our faces. They make my day, and after two days of wearing my new eargos I can already tell what a difference they make. From my original questions about hearing aids, receiving my free trial Eargo’s as promised for fit, ordering the actual working Eargo’s, to now wearing them for my first month, I have been pleasantly surprised! Each person from the product specialist to the follow up call audiologist has been nothing but professional and polite. Very patient and understanding of my first hearing aid experience and concerns. Eargo’s have been the perfect assistant to help me her better at work and feel better about myself knowing I’m not having to say “What” over and over throughout the day. I forget they are in my ears, you can’t see them unless you’re looking for them directly. I don’t have to change batteries twice a week like conventional aids and they were about half of what I planned on spending for comparable aids. I love the “tap your ear for more clear” feature if needed for 4 options. Each morning I am still surprised at what a difference it makes when I put them in. Eargo has even improved my music listening experience more than I anticipated by bringing back the little treble noises I forgot were even there. I give these modern pieces of ear jewelry a perfect 10 for what I was hoping for. Thank you Eargo staff for a what could have been a frustrating first time experience into a pleasantly surprising purchase. 100% for the product, 100% for the employees, 100% Very Satisfied. 😎

I have only had them 1 week but I can see the technology and understand the philosophy. I intend to give them my all and hope that my brain will train. TY EARGO!
