I've only had my Eargos for three days. So far I love them. This is my third set of hearing aids. I had a terrible experience with the past ones. These are comfortable and I can hear perfectly. I'm really glad I decided to try them.

I have had a hearing problem for awhile. My daughter first told me I needed a hearing aid , but it wasn't until I recognized I was asking "what?" so many times I had to admit I needed some help. Just by chance I happened to see an ad for Eargo and decided to try a sample. I can't tell you what a blessing it is to have them. I no longer are asking people "what" anymore! I hear clearly which is great because I also have tinnitus, which was limiting my hearing. I will forever be greatful to Eargo for the tremendous help they have given me. And an added bonus is that no one can see that you're wearing a hearing device, it is so small. If your on the fence about trying them, they give you a free 45 day trial, and you can return them if they don't help you, no questions asked. That's what sold me because I wasn't sure about trying. The company knows how important customer service is and I had a knowledgeable woman named Susan upon my initial contacts, then when I decided to go forward with them , I have another audiology specialist named Randy. He keeps in touch with me periodically to see if I have questions and answer any questions I might have. All in all, this is a top notch company that is the gold standard!

I have been waiting to receive my Eargo since I ordered it a couple of weeks ago. When I first inserted into mu ear, I noticed their was not that annoying high pitch sound but just clarity. It has been 2 days now and my ears keep hearing more and more clear. On top of it all, no one knows I am wearing a hearing aid. I highly recommend Eargo for anyone who has even the slightest hearing issue.

I got used to them in 1 day. They are great. All my friends that are a little hard of hearing want them, and no background noise.All I can say is FANTASTIC.

Had some problems with the original devices, but the Eargo Plus units have been working superbly. Cleaning the gold contacts at the end of the day has made a great difference.
