Have been using my new improved Eargos for a little over a month now and am extremely pleased with the results. My major "likes" remain the same - comfortable, invisible, and rechargeable. The newer ones are easier to clean and - I believe - the overall sound quality is much better.

My hearing really benefited from the Eargo Plus devices. I have had some difficult with both devices and had to have both replaced. Service has been quick to listen, but response to replacement requests somewhat slow, 2 - 3 weeks.

I like the Eargos quite a bit. I have modest hearing loss. I have been somewhat dependent on captions in much tv viewing. This dependence is now gone. Listening to music(my great passion) has shown the greatest improvement. High frequencies have been restored and instrument definition is now superlative. Mt CDs sound as if they have been remastered! The weakest aspect of the Eargos has been in crowd situations. I hear too much of everyone speaking. No program really helps. I basically use program one. Sometimes certain tv shows will get me to use program two on one ot two ears. Overall the Eargos have been a boon to me. My experience with your rep,Denny Austin, was nothing but positive.His advice was always helpful,i.e., when I talked about difficulty in inserting the Eargos he advised me about how to pull my ear and when this was not totally successful he sent me samples of a product,Oto-Ease, which made insertion a quick and easy experience. In other words, working with Mr. Austin was both helpful a nd a pleasure

An excellent alternative to conventional hearing aids

I'm still not used to them. When the hearing level is set higher, sometimes I get interference. Sometimes I worry about them coming out.
