I've only had them for 5 days now , but I am super impressed with the Eargo product so far ! The ease of wearing and the clarity of hearing has created a harmony and balance within my body I was looking for ! And the Audiologest at Eargo , Renee Pettus fills you in with all the bells and whistles of ease to wear and care for my Eargos ! I am looking forward to a long time of hearing happening with Eargo ! As I hear what is happening, Eargo is Great Hearing !!!

Through the years, I've purchased several different hearing aids & sound amplifiers, trying to find the magic bullet to deal with my age related hearing loss. I'm a 75 year old active male & consider the EARGO'S my #1 favorite. CONGRATULATIONS to the team!!!! Dick M

Step 1: Research and order. My online research convinced me to try Eargo, backed by their 45 day 100% refund promise. I indicated that I was interested online late Friday night and had a sales consultant call me Saturday, answer my questions and then took my order. Promised me they would ship Monday, arrive Wednesday, free 2-day shipping. Very professional. Step 2: I received online confirmation that my order shipped on Monday, as promised. I also received online links to training videos to tell my more about my new Eargo devices. Very pleased so far. Step 3: The Eargo package arrived Wednesday, as promised. As I opened the package I was VERY impressed by the packaging and materials included. It was all very professional and continued to inspire confidence. Well Done, Eargo! Step 4: My Eargo devices were fully charged, as promised. So after a brief review of the Quick Start guide, I inserted both devices. The devices were very easy to insert, my hearing was immediately improved, and my ears were comfortable. I was very pleased! I wore the devices for 24 hours and the comfort continued but I decided to try the larger size Flex Fiber. Wow. These were perfect. After three days I can hardly feel the devices in my ears, and I can hear much better and it is improving daily as my brain adjusts to the Eargo devices, Step 5: Again, as promised and right on-time, a Hearing Professional from Eargo called my today to see how I am doing, answer questions and review proper cleaning of my Eargo's. This extra touch was great and further convinced me that Eargo was an excellent choice. Excellent product. Excellent Service. And I still have 42 days to make sure I continue to love my Eargo's. So, bottom line, I am very pleased with my Eargo devices. Prior to Eargo I used the Lyric Hearing Aid product and loved it. Lyric set a very high bar for any other hearing aid company to meet. Lyric hearing aids are purchased on a yearly subscription at twice the cost of the Eargo devices, so while I wanted to save money, I wanted to do business with a great company with great hearing aids that helped me hear. Eargo met and exceeded all my desires and expectations and I highly recommend them to others that have low to moderate hearing issues. I believe you will be very pleased with Eargo and their quality products!

Better than a hard shell no sore spots, say good-bye to fumbling with batteries. People say I didn't even know you were wearing hearing aids, you can't even see them😀 Surprising that in a crowded room voices were clear. No issue using phone ( no feedback) Best of all the birds are singing like crazy and it's easier to understand what my grandsons are saying. I've actually tried hearing aids that hook behind your ear, didn't really work for me, actually hurt my ear, plus I didn't like the look. I also tried the ones that insert into your ear , hard plastic, covers the ear canal, very uncomfortable. Then I read the article on Eargo, called your offfice, and Susan was so helpful...She sent me a Eargo demo..and I couldn't believe how great the demo worked.. I called her back and ordered a set..Susan was very helpful. I've been wearing them everyday and I can actually hear -comfortable and hidden....sometimes I don't even realize that I have them on.
