When I heard the claims about Eargo Plus I thought too good to be true.......
Having had and drawered a traditional pair of hearing aids I was VERY skeptical of the claims of Eargo I drilled the sales person terribly (sorry!). When I received the Eargo shipment I tried them on the golf coarse in wind, I tried them in restaurants, as well as in meetings. I couldn't believe my ears no wind noise on the golf coarse, back round noise in restaurants was minimal and in meetings people were asking me "what did she say" and I could tell them. My TV and movie watching is so much more enjoyable I was really blown away. While tapping my head in public (to change the level of assist) only happened a couple of times but it beets sticking my finger in my ear and twisting a tiny potentiometer on my old ones not to mention the inappropriately timed dead batteries, Eargo's are rechargeable. Finally and best of all are the discreet size once in you'll find you forget you have them in and the people around you will never know. The fibers that hold them in also let air pass and that a cool thing.
