I have never used aids before and these exceeded all my expections and my consuler Denny Austin was not only very knowledgeable about this product, but head always on time for scheduled calls and returned my calls in a very timely manner. I cannot ask for any better service to pair with a great product.

I have been using hearing aids now for about seven years and tried several brands that were very expensive. Two sets cost me $4795.00 and $5900.00 respectively. Neither of the two were actually effective enough to satisfy my needs. The Eargo HAs are hands down the best that I have seen or heard of. They are also affordable. While many will consider the Eargos merely amplification devices, I find that they provide much better hearing with definition that makes words clear, distinctive, and understandable. Additionally, they are easy to place in the ears, easy to adjust volume wise, and, the charging process is a cinch. I'm glad I found EARGO! I loved the way they fit and felt. After a day or two of wearing them you forget you have them in. I ended up returning mine only because my hearing loss was mostly outside the range of the Eargo. I'm hoping the next generation devices will cover it and I will certainly buy them again. The customer service was as advertised. It was excellent. When I went to my local audiologist I felt like I was being sold a car and being pushed to buy. Shelby from Eargo was my hearing coach if you will. She stayed in touch with me, took the time to answer all my questions and explained a lot about the devices and hearing loss. No pressure, she never pushed. She offered to extend the trial period but when I realized they just weren't working well enough for my situation she shipped me the return mailer the next day and called to tell me they were received and my refund was being processed. All in all it was a good experience with Eargo and I would definitely recommend that anyone with mild/moderate hearing loss try them first. As a Vietnam Veteran, I was approved for hearing aids from the VA in 2013; but because of the Obama administration's lack of VA support, I chose not to spend quality time waiting to get hearing aids from the VA, and simply put off getting any. Recently, I came across the EARGO ad on Facebook and decided to check out the aids. EARGO sent out non-working models for me to try out how they fit my ear. I was impressed with the personal follow-up, so I decided to avail myself of the finance program, and purchased the EARGO aids. The first time I put them in my ears, this was after watching the training videos, I began to hear sounds I hadn't heard before. For example; I was clipping my finger nails and heard the "click" when I trimmed my nails which I had not heard before. Also, as I walked along the hallway of my home, I heard my shoes "squeaking", again a sound I had not heard before. Finally, I was able to turn down the volume on my TV because now I could hear OK at a lower level. Praise God for my precious bride of 51 years who never complained. I highly recommend EARGO Hearing Aids and I compliment the personnel connected to the company as they have all been a pleasure to do business with.
