I ordered a bunch of essential oils, when I opened the box, a few hadn't been properly sealed and had leaked all over the place. Otherwise, the oils themselves seem ok

I have sent 2 emails regarding my last order, however I have not heard back. Order# DV 10048. I had an issue with the apricot moisterizer container being only half full.

After purchasing this product months ago (and loving the quality), I placed what I thought was an order for exactly the same product. The new capsules have what appears to be residual powder on them because my fingers are dusted with yellow stuff that is difficult to wash off.

I try to buy buy three get one free and said not available but I can buy three bottles. Not sure what the deal is there. Always wanting to buy what I bought previously but never available. How can I be a reacurring customer when nothing is available. Thank you P.S I still have received my shaker bottle that I was told was sent to me twice. Don't have promos if you can't follow thru with it

This my 4th order with Drvita. I love your products but who ever is doing your shipping ladles should learn their job! Out of the 4 orders only the 1st order had my complete address on the labels, there was No Apartment letter so UPS could not deliver pkg. Was supposed to get a order today called to make sure apartment letter was on liable and was assured that it was. And if I didn't get pkg I was to call UPS . We'll AGAIN there was no apartment letter on shipping label! I Always double check all information of each order I place yet this keeps happening. Why can't your people double check their work to make sure shipping addresses are Complete before sending pkgs out! I do not know if I will be placing any more orders with this company or not
